We loved the pool, playroom and facilities for kids. Staff were so kind and thoughtful. The food was delicious.
Labeling for food allergies could have been better. Staff were very helpful whenever we asked but we had to keep checking food was safe.

Great facilities for children with plenty of activities. The kids care even took the children to dinner so you could enjoy adult time. The children's pool was very warm and comfortable and the slide was great. They gym was also pretty good, but it was outside.
After 7 p.m. they charged for any drinks, to include water, which made the "all-inclusive" aspect a little misleading. We didn't know that in advance.

bella la piscina, il centro benessere e l'hotel in generale.
Nota negativa i pasti: colazione con poca offerta dolce, pranzo da evitare perchè davvero poco fornito e monotono (riciclavano le preparazioni della cena prima). La cena era il pasto migliore ma comunque non all'altezza degli altri servizi dell'hotel. I dessert non buoni. Da migliorare tutta la pasticceria.

Essen war der Hammer
Insgesamt nichts besonderes. Für diesen Preis sind wir andere Leistungen gewohnt. Was nicht heißt, dass es schlecht ist. Vielleicht jammern wir auf hohem Niveau, aber für fast € 600,- die Nacht muss schon alles perfekt sein.
