Perfect, cozy little beach house. Quaint with easy beach access, We loved the front porch, the fireplace, the outside shower, the bikes...Everything!
Awkward spacing of 2nd bathroom right in the living room. Only concern was the microwave table looked broken and the back of couch was slightly coming apart with sharp staples. Very minor details though. And perhaps instructions for the fans, we could never figure it out... doh

Location was very good close to the beach and restaurants of Grayton. Accommodations were perfect for a couple or a small family.

To operate the television was a nightmare. Had a staff member that was excellent, came and got the tv working correctly. The options with the tv were not conducive to local stations on sports programs. You could watch tons of movies but live sports were a disaster. Signing in to get the tv operating was repetitive and very time consuming.
