We stayed in the family room, which was perfect with a double bed and bunk beds. Our daughter loved the surprise of the bunkbed. The room was very spacious. The location was perfect, right across from the beach. Check in and check out were flawless and so easy. The staff was incredibly helpful and even upgraded us to a room with a better view without our asking for it.

There was some noise from outside, but overall it was fine.

This was honestly the best value for money I’ve ever had at a hotel. The staff were amazing and made us feel welcome from the second we arrived. As soon as we walked in, they offered us complimentary wine and even upgraded our room without us asking. At check-in, you also get vouchers for a welcome drink at the rooftop bar, which is a really nice touch. The room itself was large and spacious, with a Nespresso machine and capsules, and was honestly much better than we expected. The rooftop area is huge, with plenty of umbrellas, seating areas and swings, so it never felt crowded. There are three small but perfect pools and a great bar with a really friendly bartender who always took good care of us. In the afternoon they brought out gaming consoles for the kids, and in the evening they showed a movie for them while my wife and I enjoyed a glass of wine at the bar nearby. It was perfect. Breakfast was another highlight. It wasn’t the usual boring hotel breakfast at all. You could really feel the effort they put into it. The dishes felt more like something you’d get at a good restaurant, everything was fresh, beautifully prepared and made with a lot of attention. The hotel is also only about a five-minute walk from an official swimming beach, which made going to and from the beach really easy. There’s also a huge parking lot right across from the hotel with plenty of space, which is a big bonus in Tel Aviv. There were staff members everywhere, and every single one of them went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and kept checking if there was anything else we needed. Thank you to the entire team. We had an amazing stay and will definitely be back again soon!

It can get a little noisy at night when people come back from parties

The air conditioning was good, hot water available, the breakfast had multiple choices and was good.

Cleanness of the room and the windows, stairs and the roof top, lack of maintenance, many broken features, the TV doesn't work properly, there is no towels for the beach.
