Amazing place super close to beach for good price!
This studio is amazing! Very well equipped - everything you need even for longer stay. Big plus for washing machine. Location is amazing - literally 3mins walking from beach. Parking place right next to building. AC working well. Safe neighbourhood. Great owner, very helpful even despite language barriers :)

le lieu est très bien, mais le confort de l'appartement n'était pas à la hauteur. avec la pluie l'eau rentrait par la fenêtre. Le réglage de la douche ne fonctionnait pas bien, la porte d'entrée ne se fermait pas bien.

Heerlijke vakantie gehad in een appartement wat heel gunstig ligt.
De locatie ligt op 2 minuten wandelen van het strand. Ook de bakker op 1 minuut lopen en ca. 10 minuten rijden bij grote supermarkt vandaan. In de buurt veel eetgelegenheden welke ook lopend goed te bereiken zijn. Het strand waar honden mogen komen was wat verder weg omdat je dit niet via de promenade kan bereiken. De locatie zelf was schoon. Niet groot maar alles was aanwezig. Klein balkonnetje, maar heerlijk om te ontbijten/ even iets drinken. Bistrostoeltjes en tafeltje aanwezig op het balkon. Prettig dat handdoeken en beddengoed aanwezig is. Ook fijn dat er een wasmachine aanwezig is. Grote steden ook makkelijk te bereiken en zeker de moeite waard om te bezoeken.
Appartement kan wel een upgrade gebruiken. Sommige dingen zijn aan vervanging toe, zoals bestek, eettafel. Hadden een avond noodweer en kwam het water onder de voordeur door. In het keukengedeelte stond ca. 2 cm. water. Dit had voorkomen kunnen worden als de strip onder de deur niet kapot was. Zou zelf als verhuurder ook dezelfde handdoeken en beddengoed neer leggen. Oogt net iets verzorgder.

Séjours agréable mais quelques déceptions
La réactivité des propriétaires, les consignesd'accèsson clairs. L'appartement est facile d'accès, le parking privé est bien. Et l'appartement est a proximité de la plage et des commerces.
La douche se bouchait a chaque fois et nous devions attendre 5min pour qu'elle ne se vide et ne déborde pas. Le canapé lit n'était pas agréable pour dormir et manquait de propreté. La propreté était a désirer (sol, hotte)... La climatisation était peu efficace et l'appartement ne gardais pas la fraîcheur. La table du salon est en mauvais état. L'appartement semble petit pour accueillir 3 personnes.

L'appartement est très calme, bien agencé. Les propriétaires ont été très accueillants, je ne les ai pas vu, mais nos échanges téléphoniques ont été très courtois. Très facile d'accéder à tout : bus, commerces, plages, restaurants.
Un peu difficile de déplier le clic clac, autrement tout était parfait.

Petit appartement, manque d'entretien, difficulté de joindre les propriétaires en cas de soucis
Facilité pour se garer mais en octobre. A mon avis beaucoup difficile en moyenne ou haute saison
Beaucoup de choses n'allaient pas dans cet appartement par manque d'entretien je pense. Mitigeur de douche qui est bloqué sur eau bouillante, malgré mes appels, mes sms, finalement j'ai trouve un autre numéro de portable et le fils s'est déplacé enfin avec du retard pour nous dépanner avec du WD40. Le soir même, le lit s'éffondre sous le poids de mon épouse de 47Kgs !!!!!!!!!! Malgré nos sms, appels aux 2 numéros de portable, nous recevons un SMS comme quoi ils sont étonnés et c'est tout....... Après vérification, le lit semble avoir déjà été rafistolé plusieurs fois et non réparé......

Séjour très agréable
La proximité de la mer et de la plage des Sablettes. L'appartement conforme au descriptif. On peut tout faire à pied. Bonne literie.
