We stayed here for a week as a family of four and overall had an enjoyable stay.
The highlight was definitely Dimitris, who was an exceptional host. Gave excellent recommendations on what to do around Skiathos, and helped make our holiday much easier. We especially recommend the boat trips and spending a day at Elia Beach.
The villa's beds were comfortable and the terrace was lovely. Our children loved the small pool, while the sun loungers made it a great place to relax. Having a large, reasonably priced supermarket literally across the road was incredibly convenient.
The location is also very good. It's around a 10-minute walk to Skiathos Town, with plenty of restaurants, bars and shops, and it's also only a few minutes from the airport.
The bathrooms are quite small and the shower design means the floor gets very wet after every shower. We also noticed an unpleasant sewage smell in the bathrooms on several occasions.
The property is located very close to both the main road and the airport, so you should expect noticeable traffic and aircraft noise throughout the day. In addition, our terrace had very little privacy as it overlooked the parking area and faced the supermarket.
While we enjoyed our stay, the price felt too high for villas of their size which would also benefit from some maintenance (examples: several doors squeaked and didn't close properly, toilet smells, quite a few wifi dead zones).

Easy walk to port, good facilities, opposite supermarket. Parking. Nice pool.

It is a new villa complex near the airport. Run by a professional group.
The staff is very helpful
Villa has a nice garden
2 bedrooms made our life easy with 2 kids
Location is not the best , not in city center not near to any beach.
Kitchen equipment really needs a reconsideration, there is even not a pan to make a simple omelette
Daily housekeeping times must be aligned with guests, a team of people coming at 8.00 broke the rest every morning
