Appartamento delizioso, pulito, in ottima posizione. Dany gentilissimo.

Location is fabulous. It was lovely to be in this "Little Venice" area. A few steps and you're at the marina edge, and ferry pier. Or a short walk and you're on the beach. No steep roads to climb, unless you plan visiting the viewpoint up the mountain !! I believe its most definitely worth the effort, if you can, for the views. The apartment rooftop terrace is a dream. Sun from morning til sunset. There is shade if required. It is the best terrace as far as I could see, around. • 2 loungers with green cushions. • Table and chairs. • Comfy corner seating with lovely matching green cushions. • Drying rack • Coffee table. • Shower - great addition • Outdoor kitchen sink basin with worktop. • Electric point - handy for phone chargers. It has the best floor tiling I could see around. Very pretty. You have great views of the mountain, the beach and the masts of the boats in the marina and the sea beyond. The lounge and kitchen area have been tastefully decorated. It no longer has the green walls and dark curtains. So much nicer than the current photos. The kitchen is cleverly fitted with adequate space to prepare meals. Huge fridge freezer. Little chairs are a bit odd. Air-conditioning looks pretty new and it works quietly and effectively. We only needed it on for a few minutes. The bathroom is bright and has pretty wall tiles. The shower worked very well. (Be careful of the hot water.) There is a small washing machine but we didn't need to use it. Iron and ironing board - perfect. Like the terrace there were lovely floor tiles throughout the apartment. We had everything we needed for a fabulous week in Mogan.

Bedroom has no natural light, but with the door open it helped. Plenty of clothes storage. There was refurb work being done on neighbouring apartment and terrace, so we could only use our terrace when they'd finished drilling. Not Amarre Port owners fault, but we'd have booked a different week if we'd known. There was work being done in locality also, so maybe it was all being completed before June start. ?? Other than this the evenings are blissfully quiet.

La ubicación.

El dormitorio no tenía ventana, era un espacio muy reducido con una cama de 1,35 y dos mesitas enanas. El sofá de la sala incomodísimo, y el baño necesita una reparación urgente. No hemos podido utilizar el solarium terraza, ya que se encontraban de obras la terraza y el piso de al lado. Así como a partir de las 9 de la mañana hasta las 18 horas, el ruido eta molesto. Polvo por todas las partes.
