The design, decoration and stone-built building was stunning. The garden is amazing. The home-made products straight from the garden for breakfast was the cherry on top. The owners very helpful and welcoming.

This incredible property lies at the heart of a botanical garden, embraced by lush orchards. Between the mountain and the woods, Philaretos and Marianna shaped a tranquil, enchanting retreat filled with love, charm and natural beauty. The room was large and pleasant. The breakfast was a new experience for us, serving delightful traditional dishes made with fresh garden fruits and vegetables, complemented by ingredients from the surrounding area. We’re really hoping to come back someday.
Just a small note: the road leading to the property is steep and lacks lighting after dark, which might make parking challenging.

The setting was beautiful and the garden was an oasis of tranquility
The breakfast outstanding - loved the fresh food straight from the garden and Filaretos was inspired with the use of what is seasonally available.
We booked 2 rooms - the one bedroom apartment and a King studio.
For the king studio the photos which I are taken with a wide angle lense gives a deceitful perspective - although the room m2 is clearly accurate. King studio suggests king bed until you read the detail which says double bed. We anticipated a more spacious room and thus were disappointed (although the info is accurate - note to self to be more careful)
The apartment was more spacious but much less privacy.
