bliskość centrum (stare miasto i bulwary), duże łóżko, widok z okna, wanna, prócz zapleśniałej chyba kawiarki to wszystko na wyposażeniu co potrzeba jest, przejęcie kluczy i zdanie ich (skrzyneczka na szyfr), darmowy parking chociaż trzeba było miejsca szukać po osiedlu, blisko sklep,
kawiarka nie nadająca się do użytku, mógłby być troszkę lepszy kontakt przez telefon (sms) z osobą wynajmującą, dziwnie działające piloty od tv i dekodera.
