Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko przystanek tramwajowy/autobusowy co jest bardzo istotnie bo parkowanie w centrum Torunia jest niewykonalne. Samo mieszkanie bardzo wygodne dla rodziny 2+2

I liked building and location was great. Underground parking was perfect.
Apartment was dirty. Dirty shower needs deep clean. Dirty floors left black dirt on my kids socks and feet. Kitchen was not well equipped. Missing nonstick pan cookware for frying. No kitchen towel or paper towel for use.
