The apartment was very clean, cozy, and comfortable. Check-in was easy thanks to the clear video instructions, and having a private parking space was very convenient. We also appreciated the welcome gift of a bottle of wine and coffee capsules. The beach is just a short walk away, and the location is perfect for visiting Nice and Cannes.
The only minor downside was the mosquitoes in the evening, so we recommend bringing mosquito repellent. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

The spot was ideal , walking distance to a great beach , private with parking and while spatially it was tighter for 4 people it worked for us and the pull out was a decent size.
It’s not even that I don’t like but the space was a think when pulling out bed , we placed dinning table outside due to space

Emplacement securisé pour la voiture, logement propre, pratique quand on a un toutou car il y aun petit espace d herbe .
Jolie attention à notre arrivée.
Côté pratique avec clé pour atteindre la mer par un petit chemin c est top si on a des enfants petits c est moins loin.
