Comfy and clean apartment close to city centre

The apartment is nice, clean and refurbished. The shower is very spacious. Comfortable for families with kids. Washing machine and microwave are available. The owner is kind and responsive.

The name\description of the property is a little misleading as it mentions that Baia del Silenzio is 150m away. It is walking distance, but definitely not that close. Internal parking is available, although we could not always find a free spot for us.

Modern apartment 5 mins from the sea

Newly renovated, very clean and modern design, located just 5 minute walking distance from the old city and the sea, and 2 mins walking distance from local coffee shops and supermarket. The apartment is located in a quiet area in a residential building. Great facilities for cooking and eating.

Die Unterkunft war sauber und hat eine ruhige und recht zentrale Lage. Die Ausstattung war gut.

Der Staubsauger hatte keine Saugkraft, die Mikrowelle ließ sich nicht mehr öffnen und ein Fenster war defekt (nicht mehr verschließbar). Obwohl die Mängel sofort von uns gemeldet wurden, gab es von dem Verwalter bzw. Eigentümer weder eine Rückmeldung, noch wurden diese behoben! Da das Fenster somit immer offen stand, waren wir gezwungen, die Jalousie immer unten zu lassen.

Schöne Wohnung mit Luft nach oben bei der Pflege

Gute Lage. Altstadt und der Strand in der Baia del Silenzio schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Viel Himmel als Ausblick. Mit etwas Glück dank des Tipps der Vermieterin einen kostenfreien Parkplatz in der Wohnanlage gefunden. Gepflegtes Haus. Gutes Badezimmer. Wohnung grundsätzlich gut ausgestattet.

Neben hochwertigen Ausstattungselementen auch komplett abgenutzte Dinge wie uralte Espressokanne, verrosteter Wäscheständer und zerfetzter Sonnenschirm. Insgesamt war alles nur oberflächlich geputzt worden, sehr schmutzig in jeder Ecke und große Spinnweben an Ecken, an die man leicht rankäme beim Reinigen. Kaffeeflecken in den Tassen. Schränke innen staubig. Kein Topf hatte einen passenden Deckel. Das Stromnetz fiel immer wieder aus beim Kochen. Insgesamt also: gute Ausstattung, aber schlecht gepflegt.

Ottimo appartamento

Ottima posizione per la stazione (10 m), per la spiaggia come anche per il centro (7-8 min). Appartamento spazioso e piacevole dotato di tutti i confort. Si vede che è stato ristrutturato e arredato recentemente. Particolarmente apprezzato ciò che serve i primi giorni: scottex, carta igienica, kit per colazioni (nescaffe, the, zucchero) e per condire (sale, olio, pepe), alcune pastiglie per lavastoviglie e lavatrice. Apprezzata anche la doppia TV. Letti con materassi abbastanza rigidi. Doccia molto ampia e comoda.

Solo alcune piccole cose migliorabili: sedie tavolo di legno molto dure andrebbero dotate di cuscini, qualche posata in più e manca qualche tazza grande da colazione. Il terrazzo è molto soleggiato al pomeriggio/cena e di conseguenza anche la zona del soggiorno dove si mangia e si è costretti a tenere giù le tapparelle mentre si cena, sarebbe utile un tendone nel terrazzo.

God beliggenhet. En fin spasertur til havet, matbutikk og togstasjon. Samtidig var det i et rolig område. Grei kommunikasjon ved spørsmål.

Litt lite bestikk. Strømmen gikk da vi brukte fire kokeplater samtidig da vi lagde mat. Fant ikke skjærefjøl.

L'appartamento molto carino, letto comodo, cucina attrezzata, bagno e antibagno con porte scorrevoli molto utile per usare i servizi due persone contemporaneamente, doccia molto ampia e capiente.

La Tv della stanza da letto non si vedeva benissimo; il portasapone della doccia era sporco con residui di confenzioni di campioncini di qualche soggiorno precedente.
