Ottima posizione per la stazione (10 m), per la spiaggia come anche per il centro (7-8 min). Appartamento spazioso e piacevole dotato di tutti i confort. Si vede che è stato ristrutturato e arredato recentemente. Particolarmente apprezzato ciò che serve i primi giorni: scottex, carta igienica, kit per colazioni (nescaffe, the, zucchero) e per condire (sale, olio, pepe), alcune pastiglie per lavastoviglie e lavatrice. Apprezzata anche la doppia TV. Letti con materassi abbastanza rigidi. Doccia molto ampia e comoda.
Solo alcune piccole cose migliorabili: sedie tavolo di legno molto dure andrebbero dotate di cuscini, qualche posata in più e manca qualche tazza grande da colazione. Il terrazzo è molto soleggiato al pomeriggio/cena e di conseguenza anche la zona del soggiorno dove si mangia e si è costretti a tenere giù le tapparelle mentre si cena, sarebbe utile un tendone nel terrazzo.

Die Unterkunft war sauber und hat eine ruhige und recht zentrale Lage.
Die Ausstattung war gut.
Der Staubsauger hatte keine Saugkraft, die Mikrowelle ließ sich nicht mehr öffnen und ein Fenster war defekt (nicht mehr verschließbar). Obwohl die Mängel sofort von uns gemeldet wurden, gab es von dem Verwalter bzw. Eigentümer weder eine Rückmeldung, noch wurden diese behoben!
Da das Fenster somit immer offen stand, waren wir gezwungen, die Jalousie immer unten zu lassen.
