Es ist klein aber sehr niedlich. Es war sehr sauber. Die Handtücher waren extrem kuschelig. Man hat alles was man braucht. Man hat am Ankunftstag Marmelade, Butter und Milch im Kühlschrank. Das war eine sehr schöne Überraschung. Wir haben jeden Morgen draußen auf der Terrasse gefrühstückt und hatten immer Besuch von einer der Katzen, die dort leben. :) Das Cottage ist vollkommen ausreichend. Die Besitzer sind super freundlich, man kommt gut ins Gespräch.
Es war alles bestens.

Very Quiet and rural but close to all amenities (Wexford town, beaches, Pubs, restaurants, castles...). Katelyn and Martin are very easygoing, welcoming hosts and always available. They are very helpful and uncomplicated. Nice People! The accommodation is surprisingly spacious with good outdoor space (Patio, lawn). We stayed for 3 weeks and had a fabulous time at the Gatelodge.
The bed is very soft. When you stay more than a few days that could be an issue. But it depends on personal preferences. This is not a serious problem.

A warm welcome to a beautiful cottage. The hosts have ensured that everything you need is available. We were able to really do a solid cook: oil, salt and pepper, spices - everything was there. They had left some juice, yoghurt and jam in the refrigerator for us. The bed was comfortable with crisp linen. The cottage was warm and cosy and was a perfect base for our explorations (we had a car). Absolutely no hesitation in recommending this stay to future travellers.
