Ik had 2 kamers met badkamers geboekt. Dat had de pousada niet door gekregen van Booking.com Gelukkig konden we alsnog 1 kamer met badkamer krijgen en 1 zonder. Beetje vergane glorie, voor ons absoluut geen probleem

- Location is great - there is a lot of different spaces, from a big table for meetings and meals, a lovely lounge, an audio studio, all fantastic for community access and uplifting of Black knowledge and culture! - great airflow - Beautifuk antiracist space built as an act of disobedience of white supremacist narratives
- the “decolonial breakfast “ is expensive and has absolutely nothing that the local people and communities from Cachoeira produce. - some rooms don’t get sunlight - we booked 5 rooms. Towels are old. - not worth it to wash your clothes there because they use the drier in a mode that doesn’t dry the clothes. We left with dumped clothes that arrived home pretty smelly. - I have asked the manager for a receipt a week ago. Still haven’t got it.

The breakfast was good over the weekend but poor when there were only a few guests. I was not given a receipt for cash payment made for my stay despite persistent request to the staff.
