Villa Gloria 2

Our host Oktavia and room were excellent, the location of the villa is also excellent, ie it’s close to restaurants, supermarkets, the old town and Banje beach, however you really do need to know that there are 88 steps from the villa to the road and another 62 to get from the entrance gate to our room.

The only thing we didn’t like was 150 steps every time you went out and then again when returning.

Everything is crystal clear, including the pool. The staff is more kind than in any 5* hotel. Ofelia is the most welcoming host you can ask for ever. The garden is exceptional and it has a view from the hedges at the sea and Lokrum Island that you can not prepare for. I usually don’t spend much time at the hotel or apartman but this has an atmosphere so chill you just wan’t to relax by the pool or in the garden all day. Additional extra info: For some reason this place attracts a very nice guest base, all eho stayed here was very nice it was easy to have a good time with others. Thank you again, if / when we come back to Dubrovnik I won’t even consider tobstay elsewhere!

Loved the swimming pool and the view from the terrace. Very calm relaxing place to stay. Apartment had all we required for our stay. Would recommend.

Lots of steps. Hard to avoid in Dubrovnik.

Wonderful hosts, very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Possibly the best private balcony view of old town and the sea. Lots of steps up from the street which we don't mind, but others may not enjoy so much. The apartment was cool thanks to the air conditioning even though it was extremely hot outside. Having the secluded pool was a wonderful bonus. Would happily stay again.

Mind your head on the sloping ceiling and again if you don't like steps then maybe give it a miss, but the view makes up for it.
