Location is perfect. very quiet and private but just a 5 minute walk down to restaurants and shops. Eric was great with communication and met us within minutes of arriving to show us in. He gave us some great recommendations for dinner and hikes! The kitchen is clean and well stocked, we had everything we needed (except paper towels as noted below) matress is comfortable. Amazing view from the balcony. While the space is small, its not unusual for this region and the space is well used.

Nice place, with potential....but seems to have been somewhat neglected. The supplies were not enough for 3 nights/3.t days. 1 small roll of toilet paper is not enough for 2 people and there were no paper towels. The sheets didn't fit the bed and so we were constantly trying to adjust. They were twice the size of the bed. The white comforter/duvet was stained around the edges. Very old and "pilling" so extremely uncomfortable. ALl the linens, towels and blankets need to be replaced. Very thin and very used. noticed the mattress pad was dirty since I had to make the bed when i arrived. - stained and hair on it (as did the pillows). Its clear that people have been sleeping on the pad and pillows without sheets. The kitchen was spotless as I mentioned, however the bathroom was not. The vent fan had a half inch of dust accumulated on it. I was afraid to run it for fear of what would come out. The shower (noticeable only when stepping in), was moldy around the door and edges.. I also had to rinse it out before use due to someone not cleaning prior to leaving last time. I do not feel that having guests clean is the best idea. They aren't going to be as thorough as a professional. And this flat needed a good DEEP cleaning. This place could earn a 10 rating in my book with some of these easy remedies.

- Apartment had all the equipment you could wish for. - Nice balcony and quite spacious flat. - Great location. Couldn't be better. - Easy communication with the host via WhatsApp.

- Rented linen (€28) did not fit properly; the pillowcase slipped off all the time, and the pillow itself seemed relatively old and used, which really disturbed sleeping. Also the duvet cover didn't fit the actual duvet. We think for 28 euros the sheets should at least fit. - Apartment cleaning was superficial, and guests were expected to handle end-of-stay cleaning themselves, which may explain the lack of thoroughness. There was quite some dust and the washing machine was very dirty. - No toilet paper was provided. - Overall, the stay had great potential, but the mediocre cleaning and linen issue left a disappointing impression.
