Mohamed, Ilham, and Fatima were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing. The hotel staff would offer complimentary juice from time to time, and it was the best juice we've ever had. We also loved the serene lobby/courtyard area.

Nothing substantial. Two minor things were: 1. There were quite a lot of bees on the rooftop during breakfast. 2. The hotel didn't have any conditioner. Again, no major deal-breakers. Would highly recommend this place!

The riad is beautiful. The staff were amazing in helping us with anything we needed. The rooms are comfortable. The breakfast on the roof terrace was great. The Riad is a 10-minute walk to the centre of the Medina and souks.

Would've liked to have known we were booking the ground-floor room, but otherwise we were really happy.

Hospitality was great! Pierre and his staff are great (1000/10 the woman that helps there). They aren’t gonna doubt a second in helping you out with anything you might need. We arrive around 8am and they facilitate us our room by 9AM (instead of 3pm check in) and gave us a complimentary breakfasts in the rooftop. We also had a problem with a Sahara tour and Pierre help us to figure it out and seek a solution. Pierre will be in contact with you 24/7 for anything! Which we really appreciated it! We arrived in the afternoon for a shower and they brought us natural carrot/orange juice for the heat (?) - just amazing hospitality from the staff! The location is great! It’s close to souks, ATM and from where cars/taxi can park to pick you up or drop you off. It has many people walking through it during the day/night and many kids around! Which make it to feel even safer. They make you get the real Riad/Morocco experience! We later stayed in an even pricer Riad that we had booked prior and was SO disappointed when we compared to Dar Chacha!

The AC didn’t work properly - BUT we were there during a heat wave too (40’ degrees) and also comparing with everything else, it didn’t really matter much!
