It was great apartment, nice nearly private beach close too, all tools need for daily leaving. Comfortable beds, many balcony and table with chairs to sit and chill. A lot of extra thinks like beach towels.
It was so nice welcome in first day with basic food and drink like water, strawberry milk etc, I will recommend friends for other big trip

The villa is in an incredible location, set above the road with spectacular views - we sat on the terrace and watched the blood moon rise over the mainland, really lovely. The house is large with lots of different areas for people to relax and get away from each other if needs be. The pool isn't huge but big enough for teenagers. The house is really well-equipped and beds comfortable, though some things need a bit of TLC. There is a little, fairly private pebble beach which can be reached in around 5 minutes. The walk up from the beach is quite steep and crosses a busy road but it was not a very big problem.
The only issue we had was that walk into Benitses itself does not feel overly safe. The only way in was along the side of a busy road, without a pavement. We did not have a car and walked in maybe 4-5 times. It takes maybe 15 minutes to the town centre (very small but rather charming) and while OK there were parts of the walk where you were dodging in and out of reasonably heavy traffic - also the end of Benitses the villa is at is very 'faded glamour', quite a few closed bars etc. It would have been fine with a car though.

This is totally personal the mattress and pillows on the second bedroom upstairs were very hard

The options available were great and variety which was nice.
The Loud banging from work being done on the 4th floor, which was not informed by staff via checkin. The fact that the water went off mid shower at 10pm on Tuesday February 18, with no formal notice or even posting around the hotel.
