The accommodation is in a new complex, it is clean, there is a supermarket next to it. Regarding the spa, you don't have to be from the complex to have access. The owner seems nice, but he has to find a way to receive money from people who are not from Serbia, for me it was a stressful situation.

1. The hot water boiler heats only very little water (I'm attaching a picture), two people don't have time to take short showers, I don't want to say if you want to wash your head (in the context in which I let the water warm up throughout the day). 2. The accommodation didn't had toilet paper or shower gel, and at the reception they told us that this accommodation is private property and they do not take care of it. Suggestion: take a toilet paper with you. 3. The room is ok for two people, I don't think I can fit two more people on the couch. The bed and the sofa are placed next to each other. Cardaci offers apartments with a room plus a living room where 4 people can stay, I don't think it's possible in this room. 4. This accommodation is a private one in the Cardaci complex, but it does not have access to the Cardaci bus to the ski resort even if you want to pay for it (it is free for Cardaci). 5. I also didn't had access to the parking lot even with money because the priority is the people staying at Cardaci. Good luck to find parking even with money near the accommodation, I suggest to arrive in morning when people are going to ski resort, but you will receive the accommodation key at 3PM. 6. This is the 6th time I come to Kopaonik and the third time I go to Cardaci and so far I have not had such big logistical problems to send the money to the owner, usually the payment was made through booking or when I arrived at the accommodation to the reception. In the current case, when I made the reservation I sent the first payment via VISA and it took a 10 euro commission; and the second payment I had to find a solution to give the money in cash and no one was at the accommodation when we arrived.

Garage was available and also Restaurant and SPA, which is perfect.

Nothing to complain.
