Executive Balcony Apartment in Central Canberra

It was very clean and spacious and was located amazing within walking distance to everything I needed

Location of the property is absolutely fantastic. literally a few steps away from Canberra Centre for food and shopping.. plus the secured parking... really ticked all the boxes i needed for my stay. The view from the balcony was facing Glebe park which was also soooo nice and relaxing. i was in Canberra to attend a conference and it was so near National convention Centre Canberra! Apartment was well equipped and had all the amenities I needed. Loved using the washing machine and dish washing machine... both were running excellent during my stay.

Wifi dropped quite a few times during my stay which was rather annoying. I was required to do an ID verification prior to check in, which I was fully fine to do so. However, the host sent me multiple messages from the moment i booked the property and literally chased me at least 4 times to do the ID verification within 3 days of booking (not 3 days prior to check in) and i booked several months ahead. It felt intimidating and pressurizing. There really should be a better way to conduct this ID verification and 3 days from booking is really way too short a time, especially when there is free cancellation option and a prospective guest could change his/her mind still.

From very easy access to the apartment , to its layout , amenities and central location. Couldn’t ask for a better stay for our first ever trip to Canberra .

We did not receive code to lock box so when we arrived at 10pm we realised they wanted me to upload ID before code was sent. Unable to call or live chat anybody at that time of night and nobody available onsite. Was seconds from having to book other accomodation when the email with the code came through. Very stressful.
