La ubicació ideal i tranquila, vistes fantàstiques i grans postes de sol desde la terrassa. A prop de Rethymno i a 1hora de l'aeroport d'Heraklion. Molt còmode la piscina. El mar té entrada de roca, però una mica més enllà hi té accés més fàcil, millor portar escarpins pels peus. Habitacions, cuina i bany molt correctes.

El sol dóna tot el dia a la terrassa, i serien necessaris més para-sols. El sofà llit de l'apartament és incòmode, no hem poder seure.

Az apartman - elhelyezkedése - közvetlen tengerparton - mérete - 2 hálószoba és fürdőszoba, hatalmas terasz - helységek elrendezése (2 párnak volt privát szféra) - kilátás a tengerre és az udvari medencére - medence az udvarban napágyakkal és napernyőkkel - teraszon is volt/van napágy (4db) ás 1 napernyő - van törülköző, hajszárító, új főzőlap, mosógép és nagy hűtőszekrény mélyhűtővel - kaptunk mosogatószert, szivacsot és törlőkendőt - csendes, nyugodt helyen

- az apartman előtti part köves, fürdőzésre szinte alkalmatlan. A legközelebbi fürdőzésre alkalmas homokos part kb 500m (nyugati irányba) -az apartman berendezése nagyon minimalista: -- a szobákban szekrények helyett görgős fogasok voltak/vannak, de van 4 nagy fiók pakolni -- nincs olvasólámpa -- konyhai eszközök hiányosak: nincs kávéfőző, 3 főre volt bögre, hiányoltuk a kávés csészéket -- konyha/nappaliban elhelyezett szófa alkalmatlan az ülésre -- nincs seprű, hogy a tisztaságot alapszinten lehessen tartani 2 takarítás között - fürdőszoba felújításra szorul: járólapok, zuhanyfülke, WC - zuhanyozáskor az egész fürdő vizes lesz (bár... széljárás+meleg hamar felszárítja) - fürdőszoba ablakait nem lehet nyitni - szobákban kopott/törött járólapok - érkezéskor nem találkoztunk senkivel, aki elmondta volna a házi szabályokat, alap infot, mi, hol van, takarítás, stb

The best thing about our stay was the location and the view. You can enjoy sunset from the balcony and listen to the waves. Big parking behind the building. Only first floor apartments in the main building are populated - I think ground floor is under some kind of renovation. Pool and sunbeds around it also great. Pool is clean and water is warm. The apartmant itself has all the necessities with washing machine and fully equipped kitchen. Air-conditioning works great. Staff was very friendly and they even cleaned the apartment once during our 10 day stay and changed the towels. I guess if we asked they would do it more for free but we were usually away when they were present so we didn't get the chance.

A few things that I need to mention. The toilet is - as everywhere in Greece bare minimum. You will get water all around the floor after shower no matter what it you do. We had a mop available so it wasn't big issue but would be nice if it can be enclosed shower cabin. The bed was a bit narrow (maybe 160 in width) so it was - bare minimum. Little bit squiky - just don't expect king size hotel bed :) Mosquito net on the balcony doors was demolished so but I think it was a problem just on our apartment not in general. For the end one thing that got to my nerve were ants. Not a lot but here and there in kitchen area you can see them. So keep all the food in closed containers. Last night we noticed two rats in the parking area but the building and pool area were cleaned daily and hygiene was to a good standard. I guess rural location has its peculiarities.
