Great layout for 2 couples to see the sights of Asheville. Each bedroom has its own on suite bath and is in its own secluded loft space. Nice large bar to sit at in kitchen and dining room table was big. Furniture in living room was comfortable and arranged nicely for conversation. Patio was nice to sit on and enjoy a beverage above the sidewalk below.
Kitchen was stocked well but a pair of kitchen shears would have been nice to have. Alley behind is a bit tight to get vehicle down to load and unload.

-the ceiling fan in the queen bedroom didn’t work
-the ceiling fans and lights in the dining area were confusing to adjust.
-the street noise continued til 3-4 am
