Just perfect for two of us and a child. Great location to explore Southwold and the surrounding areas. Very comfortable and has everything necessary.

Lovely village location.
Prosecco & biscuits on arrival.
Both front and back garden were untidy and needed weeding. Garden furniture was old, rusty and dirty and there were 2 abandoned plastic boxes just left by the back door.
Cleaning not up to standard, oven and floors really dirty (including rusty oven tray) so I had to go and buy a new one.
Paint on ceilings and doors had been patched up with the wrong colour and key box was broken when we arrived so had to call emergency number. Shower was either boiling hot or freezing cold.
All in all we felt disappointed, we have stayed in many cottages and this one just felt like it wasn't cared for at all.
