    The pool, which was really cloudy, was ONLY open on the weekend. I booked it because of the pool and I was there on a Monday. I couldn't find anywhere on the website where it said about the pool being closed. There was a big puddle of water on the floor of the room when I walked in and the shower was not clean at all. The fold out couch was broken and the cot I ordered for the room was from the 1970's. The ONLY redeeming quality was the gentleman who owned/ran the restaurant. He was AMAZING! I would never recommend this hotel to anyone regardless of how close it is to the airport. Not worth the money I paid.

    The hotel is nice however it was hard to find my room. The directions were not clear on the map they handed to us. It was just showing us to walk straight down. No where did anyone say we had to walk through any door to find the corridor that leads to our room. Bref, other than that the room was okay, the bed was comfortable . The bathroom is tiny. You have to pay 25$ for breakfast unless you picked a room that has it included. Overall, the location is great, not too far from downtown and other places.

    Dear Agoda Customer Support, I am writing to raise a formal complaint regarding my recent two-night stay at the Radisson Blu, which I booked through Agoda. Unfortunately, the stay was extremely disappointing and did not meet the standard I expected when booking through Agoda. When we arrived at the scheduled 3:00 PM check-in time, the room was not ready. After we received the room, several basic and essential items were missing or not functioning: - No Wi-Fi password/information was provided. - No drinking water or glasses were available. - One comforter was missing. - The coffee machine was faulty and did not work. - The trash can was missing. - The room phone was not working. - Most importantly, there was no Internet access for the entire two-day stay. We also had to pay $100 for parking, which was an additional significant expense given the overall poor experience. Furthermore, the room we were given was noticeably different from the other well-maintained and better-looking rooms shown in the hotel's photos. The condition of the room did not reflect what we reasonably expected based on the Agoda listing. I booked this hotel for two days through Agoda expecting basic amenities and services to be available. Unfortunately, several essential facilities were either missing, defective, or unavailable for the entire stay. I would therefore request that Agoda review this booking and provide appropriate compensation/refund for the issues we experienced. I would also appreciate it.
