Motel Newstar Laval

I really liked it, for my stay in Laval. Clean and modern. Mini fridge was great.

I would absolutely stay again? But wound suggest the following small fixes should be carried out: -would likely be very draughty in the winter (adding door corner seals and redoing the weather stripping to close the gap that lets in the light) -Door peephole would be nice. -maybe a small bar soap for the sink (washing hands with shower gel is a bit weird) -pre arrival emails for adding early checkin/late check out/room upgrades used links or a website that never worked (and a message asking for additional info wasn’t answered). -curtains that cover the air vent should be shortened, it seems to force the machine tit off prematurely -fill the potholes in the parking lot

Everything run smoothly and the next morning, I go but I forgot my watche, but the staff help me find it very fast.

Excellent motel in Laval. The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable, and overall I had a very good stay.

The only small downside was the lack of ventilation in the room. Also, the lighting had an issue when I checked in, but the staff fixed it within about an hour and a half.

Location and outside patio

Weird smell in the rooms, lighting not good. Not good value for money.
