Niski standard wyposażenia - uszkodzone, stare meble, brak chociażby wieszaka na kurtki (jedna szafka na 4 łóżka). Drzwi wejściowe do pokoi nieszczelne, słychać wszystko co się dzieje na korytarzach... Średnio "czysto" - stare fugi, wyżarte uszczelki, armatura pokryta kamieniem i rdzą.
