You get what you pay for, poorly maintained & 3rd bed isn't suitable unless you have a toddler

The location for this property was nice.

RENTER BEWARE. Family of 5 chose this property to rent for a weekend to ski. From the very beginning it was a HASSLE. We arrived with our 3 kids in the evening and the parking was disorganized, as there was a car parked in the area where we were instructed to park, so we had to play musical cars to correct it. We tried to get into our unit, but the code Vacasa provided was wrong, so we had to call Vacasa, while we waited in the cold for a representative to assist us. While we were waiting outside to get in, a guest from another unit told us that they had the same problem we did in not being able to access the home. The rep could not get us access through the digital door code, so he tried getting us into the back up lockbox, which took us some time because the lockbox was so old it wouldn’t open. Then the key and door lock is wonky so that too was a struggle. The condo is VERY different from the photos. The kitchen felt dirty, the kitchen sink had very large brown stains in it (wish I could upload a photo to this site), the bathroom flooring upstairs was cracked and the grout dirty. We picked this place due to a sofa bed, which we thought would be a proper pullout sofa bed, however instead if was a futon type bed that pulled out, however suited for a toddler. Had the beds been suitable for all of us we would have just dealt with poor living conditions, however due to the bed situation we chose to leave, cut our ski trip short and book a hotel room for one night instead of enjoying a full weekend because it was too expensive at that point. We attempted from the very beginning to get a full refund from Vacasa, but they would only refund two-thirds of the money back, so we ended up not only having to cut our vacation short, but we were also out additional money from the hotel room we have to find last minute as well as not receiving a full refund. The price point of this property is attractive, but I caution guests to remember you get what you pay for!!!
