Offsite parking will be provided at the nearby Sandstone structure, just a brief 5-minute walk from the complex.* Perfectly located less than 5 minutes from the Vail Ski Resort, this stylish mountain retreat allows you to be the first on the slopes. However, you may decide to start your day slowly when you see your full kitchen. Sipping coffee and enjoying stunning views from your balcony is worth it. Once you're back from your day of outdoor adventure, you’ll need a cozy place to unwind. Look no further than your floor-to-ceiling fireplace, the pool, and two hot tubs to make all your aprés-ski dreams come true. A free shuttle that takes you to the Vail Ski Resort is located outside this home. Nearby Attractions: Vail Mountain Resort, Betty Ford Alpine Gardens, Holy Cross Wilderness Area, Gerald A. The town’s ideal summer climate lends itself to fantastic hiking, outdoor sports, and fields of lush flowers to admire. With access to gourmet restaurants, boutique shops, and year-round activity, Vail’s visitors will find something exciting at every turn. All AvantStay guests have access to our 24/7 guest experience line, a dedicated hospitality manager, and hotel-grade amenities. *Home Truths:* - Please be mindful that bears and other wildlife are active in this area and appropriate caution should be taken. - Due to extreme wildfire risk, all outdoor wood-burning fires, campfires, and charcoal grills are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in fines starting at $5,000 per local short-term rental regulations. - We allow service animals at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. - There is a community pool and hot tub. - Please note that the pool, hot tubs, onsite parking, and garage will not be available due to ongoing remodeling and construction. Parking Details: Offsite parking is provided at the Sandstone parking structure, a 13-minute walk from the complex. This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib and a high chair available. --- The room configuration is as follows: Primary Bedroom / Queen, En-Suite Bath Bedroom 2 / King, En-Suite Bath Bedroom 3 / King, En-Suite Bath --- This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions. As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards. IDs will be requested for verification after booking.
