Sehr schöne helle ruhige Wohnung in der Fußgängerzone. Die Wohnung liegt im 2. Stock, mit Fahrstuhl. Die Fenster des Wohnzimmers gehen zur Fußgängerzone, das Fenster des Schlafzimmers zum ruhigen Hinterhof. Schönes kleines Bad mit Dusche und Fenster nach draußen. Es ist nachts ruhig. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super, nette Tapasbars, Cafés, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gleich um die Ecke. Die Markthalle ist ca. 200m entfernt. Das Wohnzimmer ist gemütlich eingerichtet, am Esstisch haben 4 Leute Platz. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, allerdings ohne Geschirrspüler. Der Kontakt zu unserer Vermieterin war sehr nett, sie hat uns viele Tipps gegeben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, wir kommen wieder!

Keine Kritik, nur ein Tipp: Wer mit dem Auto kommt, kann u.a. in der Tiefgarage Parking plaza del Arenal parken. Das Parkhaus ist sehr eng, das Auto sollte daher nicht allzu groß sein. Es empfiehlt sich, vorher die App von APK2 herunterzuladen und den Parkplatz dann in der App zu buchen, das ist viel günstiger als ohne App.

Lovely apartment - spacious, clean and comfortable, great to pop back to during and at the end of the day. Despite being on such a main shopping street, it was totally quiet - we couldn't hear any noise from the bedroom, which was at the back, and the nights were quiet after the shops shut anyway. Superb location - we stepped straight out into the heart of the old town, with sights, eateries and tapenos bars within a stone's throw. An easy 20-minute walk from the station too, so we didn't need a car. The book of old photos of Jerez in the living room was a nice touch - it really added to our feel for the city and its history.

Everything was great. Our only suggestion would be that we couldn't immediately find the key box - it would have been helpful to know that although the address is the main street, the entrance and key box is tucked away around the back. Not a big problem, though - we worked it out!

Die Lage, schöne Einrichtung, trotz zentraler Lage im Schlafbereich sehr ruhig .
