There is a coded entry system, so arrival and entry was hassle-free.
In fact, we saw no-one at all from the property during our stay, which was a little odd.
The central location is excellent for local bars and some of the sherry houses; we had stayed at these apartments before, and had chosen the larger version with bedrooms to the rear, because the street-facing rooms are very noisy until after midnight.
The bathroom is nicely finished but basic, with cleaning materials (mop bucket etc) stowed in one corner.
There is a ducted a/c system, from a unit on the roof, which was very variable from room to room in our apartment. We had to have it quite high to cool the bedroom we used.
No dishwasher.
There is a washing machine, but no facility for drying clothes.
