Decent location, the apartment was a good size, key collection and access was easy. Nice patio area for sunbathing. Close to the pool area

The internet connection was unreliable throughout our stay and kept dropping in and out. In my opinion, you can’t really describe an apartment as “exceptional” without having the basics in place, such as strong and reliable WiFi. The beds were decent and comfortable enough, but they certainly weren’t exceptional mattresses. The second bedroom is quite small, although it worked fine for my daughter, and the flip-out/day bed there was actually surprisingly comfortable. Unfortunately, the swimming pool was completely empty for the entire week due to tiling repairs, so it couldn’t be used at all. We informed the agents via the Booking.com messaging system, and although they replied a couple of days later saying they would arrange for someone to look at both the internet issue and a slightly squeaky ceiling fan, no one ever came and nothing was resolved during our stay. Overall, it’s a good, decent property and fair value for the money, but the listing ratings of “exceptional,” is pushing it.

Lovely presented apartment on the ground floor with easy access to pool. Nice large private patio area. Quiet location, complex is primarily residential.

Small things but.. No handrail in the shower in the main bedroom for safety. No instructions for the tv as there were 2 remotes No spare batteries for the remote and fan lights

it was equipped well in the kitchen , was very modern and clean
