Estay - House Roberta

The house is small but nice. Good net in the windows and bedroom door. Nice neighborhood with a shop just in the corner. Easy access to the city, need to walk quite a bit, but all good. Estay was kind to help us to get a coffee maker, which made our life much easier.

You could have made it much easier for guests to collect the keys. Just make us pay for the city tax and leave it in the safer. Not a single map or tour information in the house. We have left a few leaflets and maps for the next guests. Tell the cleaner not to put them in the bin, it's very useful to us who have no clue about the town. It's much easier to see the map than checking on the little mobile. Also, you have a false advertisement, there is no dishwasher or washing machine on the property. It would be ok if we knew it upfront, therefore the price should be a bit lower.
