Estay - House Roberta

The property was great! We really enjoyed that the apartment was close to the city center and buses, there is a little market on the corner, however, the working hours are on odd times so we never understood when it is actually open. There is street parking available. The terrace was adorable and we had everything we needed for our stay. Please know that in Cagliari they do recycle the trash so just be aware of that. The staff is always reachable by WhatsApp.

Nothing to complain about really, we had a great time and great sleep! Maybe the check in time was a bit uncomfortable as we arrived at 1pm and had to find a place that is open (as working hours for restaurants cafes and so on are odd) until 3pm to get into the apartment.

La climatisation en pleine canicule, le parking gratuit à côté, l'appartement était spacieux et très bien équipé

The house is small but nice. Good net in the windows and bedroom door. Nice neighborhood with a shop just in the corner. Easy access to the city, need to walk quite a bit, but all good. Estay was kind to help us to get a coffee maker, which made our life much easier.

You could have made it much easier for guests to collect the keys. Just make us pay for the city tax and leave it in the safer. Not a single map or tour information in the house. We have left a few leaflets and maps for the next guests. Tell the cleaner not to put them in the bin, it's very useful to us who have no clue about the town. It's much easier to see the map than checking on the little mobile. Also, you have a false advertisement, there is no dishwasher or washing machine on the property. It would be ok if we knew it upfront, therefore the price should be a bit lower.
