Lage 1a, Strand fußläufig vor der Haustüre. Balkon schön, Klimaanlage kühlt gut (aber nur im Wohnbereich). Den Türschlüssel kann man auch im Schließfach an der Außenwand hinterlegen und man muss ihn nicht mit sich führen. Die Küche gibt alles her, was man benötigt.
Klimaanlage kühlt nicht in den Schlafzimmern und hat beim Anschalten gestunken. Aus den Ventilatoren kam sehr viel Staub. Duschkabine nur 60cm x 60cm. Der Lamellen für den Sonnenschutz im Fenster sind kaputt. Parkplätze liegen eher weitläufig entfernt.
