Mieszkanie bardzo dobrze wyposażone, w sypialniach szafy z wieszakami i szafki nocne, kuchnia bardzo dobrze wyposażona, duża lodówka z zamrażalnikiem, dostępna kawiarka. Na wyposażeniu odkurzacz i suszarka do włosów. Do dyspozycji duży stół z krzesłami i wygodne meble na balkonie. Widok na morze z balkonu. Duży market praktycznie na przeciwko i drugi kilka minut pieszo. W pobliżu cukiernia i restauracje.
Jeden klimatyzator w salonie, chłodne powietrze słabo docierało do sypialni ale można było wspomagać się wiatrakami dostępnymi w każdej sypialni. Dość głośna spłuczka w łazience co było uciążliwe przy korzystaniu z toalety w nocy.
