Great skiing trip

The location was great for skiing in Katschberg, just 15 min drive from the gondola. Flat was clean and comfortable.

The water pressure for showering was a bit low and only 1 towel per person was too few.

Horrible

Before arrival, the owner contacted us to make sure the payment was completed via Booking.com. We confirmed this and followed the instructions. However, the owner kept insisting that no payment had been received — despite us sending a bank statement as proof. From 7 a.m. onwards, we were repeatedly messaged and called in an increasingly aggressive and rude manner. Instead of enjoying our holiday, we spent over two hours on the phone with Booking.com trying to resolve the situation. Eventually, we were forced to pay in cash just to end the harassment, even though the original payment had gone through properly. Booking later confirmed this and refunded us. We were treated as if we were trying to scam our way in — despite having done everything correctly. The host’s behavior was shockingly unprofessional, verbally aggressive, and completely inappropriate. We have never experienced anything like this before and would absolutely not recommend this property based on the treatment we received.

Great place in a beautiful location

Great place in a beautiful location, very clean, really nice hosts, good private parking in a safe location. Also good wifi, rooms were spacious, each room had it's own balcony, so a lot of fresh air. Beds were also comfortable and they had a nice coffee machine and full kitchen.

Would have been nice to have more than 1 towel per person. Also, although the location is great, if you're coming in for F1 at red bull ring, it's an 1h 30m drive to the circuit. Also the village doesn't have a lot of restaurants (I think 3) so you're best bet is to bring food or go to nearby cities for food.

Value for money

Apartment is big, with two sleeping rooms, it is newly renovated with TV in every room. Kitchen very well equipped and grocery store just 50 meters away. In surounding there are couple ski resorts reachable within 20-25 minutes.

It was not very clean and there is no ski storage room.

The apartments are beautiful, comfortable beds, good bedding. There is a dishwasher. The only thing is that I would like slightly bigger towels. A coffee machine with a large amount of coffee was a pleasant bonus 🤣 . I would like to come back here again. thank you.

We loved our stay here and definitely recommend it.

Location! Such a beautiful location. Ramingstein is just a little town but we had everything we needed very close by. We had very easy access to the house with a code provided by the host and the apartment had all the necessities. Clean house, large rooms. Private parking etc.

The bathroom is a bit tight. Not necessarily a negative but that's the only thing I didn't really like as there's only one toilet in the apartment.

nice accommodation for ski fans with a car

accessibility from the main road good availability of ski resorts (15 to 35 km) the size of the rooms is sufficient, nice quality furniture and beds, plenty of clothes dryers and hangers

insufficiently stable heating, especially at night (set at 19.5 degrees C), hot water for the shower only after a phone call, then steadily, among the dishes there were no wine glasses or punches, zero personal contact with the operator/owner - very impersonal behavior

Just perfect

Great location in a quiet little village near border of Carintia, Stiria and Salzburg regions. Spacious apartment with all amenities including free coffee, laundry, parking space. Market and restaurants nearby. Great communication with the host. For sure we will come back.

Veľmi pekný apartmán

Veľmi príjemný, priestranný apartmán s dvomi dostatočne veľkými spálňami. Všetko bolo čisté a pripravené, parkovacie miesto priamo vedľa budovy. Wi-fi fungovala bez problémov. Komunikácia s majiteľom bola bezproblémová, bol príjemný a ochotný. Ubytovanie môžeme určite doporučiť.

Mooie omgeving, prachtig uitzicht. De accommodatie is zeer ruim, wij waren er met 4 personen. Wij waren er 1 nacht en hadden dus niet veel nodig, toch was er voldoende aanwezig. (Handdoeken, dekens etc) Prima accommodatie voor een aantal nachtjes.

Super fijn de wasmachines in de kelder! Zo konden we onze vakantie was al weg wassen! Ook voor de rest is er aan alles gedacht. Van zout tot koffie cupjes!
