Comfortable sofa and chairs at the window. Very comfortable beds. Well equipped and cleanly looking. Great view of Ararat. We would stay there again and would recommend the apartment to everybody.
The window in the "white bedroom" was missing one hook and could not be fully closed, thus letting in noise from the street at night. But this could be easily repaired. A dishwasher would be great.

Location
1. Management company informed us before the trip that we can leave our luggage at their office since we would arrive before the checkin time. We went to the office (which was far away) and nobody was there. We contacted them and said that the lady left. This was not acceptable.
2. There were damaged furniture (bathroom) and the curtains fell off in the master bedroom and too much light was entering the room in the morning.
3. The building was smelling gas throughout our stay.
4. Publication said that there was netflix available but actually there was not. Also contacted them and said that they dont provide this anymore.
5. Uncomfortable bed in master bedroom.
6. Not enough toilet paper , no conditionioner
