The physical space was excellent and the location very handy. The apartment was well equipped and having a kitchenette and separate lounge area allowed for an excellent stay. Wi-Fi very good. Bed comfortable and washing machine a bonus. Any issues and Dinesh was very quick to contact us and rectify. Handy mini market across the road and excellent restaurant- Moonlight Seafood- on the beachfront close by. Dinesh also advised us of app Pick Me that allowed us to book Tuk tuk on line at much reduced cost (LKR 350 to the old fort area). Would highly recommend to stay here. Brilliant.

At the time we stayed the balcony could not be used as scaffolding in place and maintenance being carried out. Some of the kitchen appliances need updating, AC control bedroom needs to be replaced, accessible power points for recharging items. These are minor issues and easily rectified.

The apartment was spacious and very clean, well appointed, uninterrupted view of the sea from the lounge and bedroom, shower hot with good pressure bed comfortable kitchen had everything, I would definitely stay there again, cant fault it, pool is huge, breakfast was filling coffee and tea like home. What more can I say

Tolles und großes Appartement mit super Ausstattung. Blitzsauber. Großer Pool und etwas Strand vor der Tür. Unkomplizierter und freundlicher Empfang. Alles vorab bestens geregelt über WhatsApp oder Booking.com. Bezahlung unkompliziert. Schnelle Kontaktaufnahme möglich. Frühstück ist einfach aber ausreichend.

Wir hatten leider Probleme mit dem Geruch im Appartement. Die Klimaanlage verbreitete einen muffigen Geruch. Dieser Mangel wurde kundtgetan und das Problem soll umgehend beseitigt werden, so die Versicherung des Hausmeisters. Der Strand ist zum Schwimmen nur sehr eingeschränkt geeignet. Felsen und Strömung sind dort ggf. gefährlich. Nach Galle Fort sind es 3 KM zu fahren.

The rooms were spacious and the sea view balcony was great. The pool was a perfect temperature. Breakfast and staff at the restaurant was lovely.

We were escorted to the room and encouraged to pay up front. After they left we discovered the plug adapter for the tv was broken and also, if we wanted to run the aircon in the bedroom, we should not also run the aircon in other room because it would not work efficiently. I contacted management and we ended up buying a new plug for the tv. No offer of reimbursement but they did open the tv channel subscription, so we could watch a movie channel.
