L'appartement est bien équipé, bien situé, avec une terrasse pour manger. Il est possible d'étendre le linge en rentrant du lac. Au dessus du logement se trouvent une épicerie avec du pain frais le matin, de la charcuterie, un primeur pour les fruits et légumes, des pizzerias etc. Les plages publiques sont toutes proches et c'est très agréable.
Le stationnement est très compliqué en été, il faut se garer loin. Pour aller dans les sites touristiques comme Menaggio, il vaut mieux prendre un bus, car les parking sont plein dès 9h le matin.

Location - close to Menaggio and to the ferry to go to the other parts of the lake.
No lake view from the apartment, but it is 1 min by walk from there.
Cleanliness.
The owners were very quick to fix two small issues we encountered in the apartment.
The address in Booking is not correct. We had to call the property (German number, so in non-EU roaming it gets more expensive) to get the right directions (arrived before 6pm, ie, within check in time).
Soundproof is non existent - in the bedroom it is possible to clearly hear people talking and going up and down on the stairs outside.
