A lovely little inn with attentive staff and comfortable beds.

Out of the way little gem. The staff were lovely and couldn’t be more helpful. Short walk to restaurants. Great overnight stay.

Only the bathroom. It was a wet room so basically everything got wet when you showered.

Fabulous for 1 night prior to Gili Air.

The staff are so lovely, great sense of humour and hugely helpful. Nestled up a road which has access to white sand and black sand beaches. There is also a restaurant down the road with amazing Italian cuisine. The rooms were clean, the pool was lovely and the breakfast was very generous with a fruit platter and large banana pancake with honey that was divine!! The team organised our fast boat to Gili Air as well as the transfer to the port, this saved so much time for us as a family. Thank you for looking after us.

Bedbugs

Close to black sand beach and good snorkelling near by

I got BEDBUGS from these dreadful beds! I had to move rooms as the first mattress was so bad. The man who helped me was very drunk but put me in the deluxe room - there was nothing deluxe about it. The bed had no mattress protector and no fitted sheet and the ripped flat sheet bunched all night and the pillows were either rock hard or lumpy. The TV never worked and the shower was a disaster. I was woken every night and morning by talking and sweeping. The front man was not friendly at all and is in the wrong job.

Amazing service

Super friendly and helpful team, they drove us to the local pizza bar (also really good!) when we arrived late and hadn’t eaten, as well as arranging our boat to Gili Air the next day. Comfortable rooms and lovely breakfast included. Thank you so much !

Good for a short stay to take the ferry.

Good stopover for one night, if you need to take the ferry. Comfy bed, and good AC. Space for car. Staff were very friendly.

Bit far from terminal, luckily we had a car. Bathroom is outdated. Not enough toilet paper. Shower water was just impossible to get right, it was piping hot - too hot to even go near it - or cold.

Lovely quiet little hotel near busy Padang Bai - awesome staff

Lovely little hotel in a quiet location, 3 minute walk to the black sandy beach. Staff were amazing and super helpful. We arrived late from the airport and they organised a local restaurant to bring menu's and then bring the food to the hotel. Rooms were nice and big, clean and comfortable. Gorgeous swimming pool area. Super value for money and a good stop-over option for next day ferry.

Thanks for a great stay

They accommodated my very late check-in. The room was comfortable and I could rest in the morning till 11 am when I was taken to the port for my onward journey. Breakfast was good. It was a perfect stay for me.

Lovely room, very good price

It was a bit out of the way, but they offer to drive you - we were catching the fast boat to Gili Air the next day and they booked it and took us to get the boat. The breakfast was really lovely and plenty of it

Lovely stay

Property was lovely and clean. Our flight was late so we didn’t arrive until 11:30pm, they were very accommodating. The breakfast was excellent and they drove us to town for our ferry.

Wonderful! Will come again

This is a lovely place, just 15min from town by Ojek, and 20min walk to white beach (10k entry). You’re out in the country, with sounds of the ocean. Staff are wonderful. Included breakfast is varied and generous—fresh fruit, eggs, sausage, chicken, noodles, sweet and savory pancakes.

Amazing stay and amazing staff

The guesthouse is clean, peaceful, and my room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was tasty and really enjoyed having it by the pool every morning. But what makes this place awesome is the friendly and warm hearted staff who went an extra mile to make me feel at home in Bali. The owner showed me around Pandangbai on his scooter and even prepared a natural remedy with local plants for me when I got stung by a jellyfish. Thanks for everything! White sand beach and black sand one at walking distance.

Welcoming and super clean stopover for one night

Incredibly friendly and welcoming staff. Spacious, clean room and excellent swimming pool. Breakfast was simple but nice. A good place to stop for one night on the way to our next stop.

Very reasonably priced clean accommodation.

We stayed one night before taking fast ferry to Gili T. Very suitable clean accommodation. Good restaurant 7 min walk. Breakfast was served but I did. It enjoy what I ordered….banana pancake. Other options were available however. They organized a transfer to the ferry for a reasonable price…$760,000rp for 4 with luggage.

A nice inexpensive port stop over!

I think the nicest, happiest man in all of Bali lives here. Dwa is your host and he couldn’t be more amazing. Anything you need…he is onto it! Clean facilities. Nice pool. Good breakfast. Great stay for a night or two.

Bali 85 Beach Inn is a beautiful retreat away from the town.

Breakfast was great. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice swimming pool. The facility is new (~4 years old, so well maintained, beautiful atmosphere, lots of plants, and seating areas. We were ~1.5km from our friends staying near the beach. The walk to the Inn from the beach area was narrow and steep in one place. There were no sidewalks, so you had to walk single file and be wary of the many motorbikes passing. We could have used the services of the Inn driver (I suspect for a nominal cost). It is an exceptionally good value and you will feel pampered.

The distance and road conditions to the Inn from the beach. I wouldn’t walk it alone after sunset… there are a few street lights that come on and off. We were here during a festival which was very interesting but it meant that there were many, many motorcycles on the road.

Relax

Large room, well-functioning air conditioner that does not blow directly on the bed. A large bathroom and a sitting area in front of the room. The rooms are not cleaned. There is no refrigerator in the room, no hair dryer. The staff is friendly, the pool is clean. Black beach nearby. It is not far to the port. But there is a steep descent and rise to the port and the beach.

They cannot influence this at the hotel. I have a lighter sleep. But I didn't like it at 4:30 a.m. the roosters are crowing, then the dogs, then the motorbikes go by. In the morning, when I was still sleeping, there is no peace. When you shower, there is water all over the bathroom and the toilet is completely wet.

An excellent place to stay in Padang Bath

A beautiful place to stay in Padang Bai. Our host was courteous, polite and helpful as were the staff. Our room was spotlessly clean and the breakfast was tasty.

We were fine with the distance from town, but for others it might be a little too far, as it was difficult to get a taxi back at the end of the evening. Also there were many dogs on the lane and they made quite a noise with their barking both late at night and early morning. It did not spoil our stay, but just worth being aware of.
