Dealing with Vacasa was a nightmare. There were more steps than required by air bnb or verbo locally or internationally. They provided the incorrect password for the internet and after a lengthy conversation with there representatives insisting it was correct we managed to sort it out ourself by looking under the router. They insisted we had two parking spaces for that unit even though the highlighted map provided by them clearly shows there is only one. When we called to say someone was in our bay so was there a free bay I could park in a very rude woman told me the only thing I could do was park outside and then watch for the person to return!!!! Not sure how long they thought I should just stand in the parking garage. Saturday we went out and upon our return could not get back in the building as our code wouldn’t work for doors or elevator. A worker told us that codes change every Saturday at ten. Shouldn’t Vacasa have know this and provided a new code prior to us spending over an hour trying to get help and dealing with a very rude person prior to a pleasant lady calling back with a new code. While I would love to stay in this apartment again I will never do so as I will never again deal With Vacasa for a rental property.

The quietness of area, local convenience store, restaurants and shops. Well kept secret south of the more busy VA Beach boardwalk.

Beachfront Perfection! This is a perfect area for a quiet get away. The restaurant and Marketplace across the street were such a plus. Shop and eat within waking distance. Secured parking. Great location!
