This gorgeous South Facing Penthouse unit at the Sandbridge Dunes is sure to please every vacationer with two floors and over 2800 square feet of living space. The lower level includes 3 spacious bedrooms while the 4th floor, loft style bedroom is an oasis for kids & teens. As you enter the unit you will find two bedrooms, both Queens that share a hall bath. The King primary suite boasts views of the Atlantic and the North end of Sandbridge Beach with access to the deck. This suite has a private bath with spa tub and separate shower. The kitchen, living, & dining areas are spacious and great for spending quality time enjoying a freshly made meal, playing a board game, or planning the next days adventures! The second floor of this unit is where the fun begins, a Twin over Double Bunkset for sleeping, 2 leather couches, TV, Ping Pong Table, and a full bath! Sit back and relax- enjoy all of the amenities the Sandbridge Dunes has to offer!
Amenities include a large courtyard with Swimming Pool, lounges, and umbrellas. Conveniently, located across the street from the life guarded beach with easy access. Walkable to the local shops, dining, and the Sandbridge Market. There are two elevators, covered breezeways, as well as a Grilling Station w/ two Charcoal Grills and picnic table.

Everything about the trip was amazing. The area was great, perfect for a family get away. The condo was stocked with everything that we needed which made the week very relaxing. Next time we are planning a beach vacation we know where we are staying!!!

Only one roll of toilet paper and we ran out, front door wouldn’t lock with code, other codes throughout our stay did not work like entrance, garage and elevator. Everything else was clean and nice.
