    Very good value hotel in love hotel district of Ikebukuro - very central location, loads of shops and restaurants nearby. 5 minutes walk to the station. Rooms are a little tired but have everything you need and for the money offer excellent value. Particularly bearing in mind this is Tokyo. The staff are very helpful, daily room cleaning if required and for me the hotel was absolutely fine.

    Location is tucked. Back with all the other rabuho, but can easily be missed. No elevator or anything, so maybe inconvenient for people with weak legs. Spacious room and bathroom, but everything was pretty well wornout and the whole room smelled of cigarettes despite being a non-smoking room.

    Great stay, easy access in/out, good location several mins walk from Ikebukuro Station - the facilities are a bit dated but that is reflected in the price. I didnt like my initial room on the ground floor as there was little light but within one hour I moved to Room 304 on the third floor, big opening window - I was very happy once there. You can have light or full housekeeping on a daily basis. All rooms are accessed by stairs only.
