Beautiful old house, lovingly restored, great main bed-room and lovely new shower-rooms. Small, but perfectly serviceable kitchen to make light holiday meals. Excellent location in the middle of town, with a fabulous view from the terrace at the top of the house. We enjoyed a leisurely breakfast there every day. Our family loved this house with all its quirks and we would definitely return.
The lower bedroom smelled a bit of damp when we first arrived, but the smell soon went away after airing a couple of days. Some of the windows don't close properly so could be a bit noisy occasionally. The spiral staircase is bit narrow and could be dangerous for young children, but was fine for us!
