At the end I was not able to stay in the hotel. I had plenty of luggage and the room assigned to me was in the 3rd floor, no elevators. I asked for reimbursement and it was rejected by the host.

Afforable, clean, simple but sufficient accomodations, with super friendly, accomodating staff.

The breakfast was simple, but health and good - scrambled eggs and ham with coffee. It was brought to your room, which was very convenient, and the staff was extremely nice and accommodating (they let me bring their coffee mug with me and return it later that day). I also arrived very late due to getting lost in Mexico City, after a late flight arrived that was delayed, and Axel Jr. was very accommodating, showing me to my room past midnight.

The only thing that was difficult about this location was the parking, because there is no private parking and so you must park on the street. I think the location is ideal for those without a vehicle, or for those that plan to spend the day out. The parking is free on the street overnight (8 PM to 8 AM), but you will need coins to pay the meter during the day, and it will be harder to find spots at that time. The meter is right by the entrance, and so if you snag a spot at night you can just keep it and feed the meter in the morning. Because I had to do some work online some days, I had to run down and feed the meter.

No power for a whole day

Location

Almost everything, wasnt clean, the soap and shampoo dispensers were empty, no a/c, no sprints on the windows so we couldn't open them because of the bugs,... the staff took a long time to answer the requests because there is no front desk, they are outside in another building... and the last and worst, we were out of power for a whole day and they couldn't do anything about it, so we couldn't charge our phones or use the iron, tv, etc...

old, bathroom is terrible , old, dirty , window broken, at street level, noise all night, trucks and cars, cold, no heat or ac … main door almost broken

average, good for solo travellers but not for family

location

no lift, I had to carry the bags and stroller for my baby till the third floor. no utensils to cook although it’s a suite. no basic salt or sugar too kept which is usually available when you book a suite. hot water issue for bathing. we were three, but there was only one blanket.

Location was really good

Bed was terrible, it sounds every time you try to move. The people in charge of the hotel are not available the hole time and its hard to get in the first time. The shower didnt have a door or shower shutter, so the water was everywhere when i get in.

The attention was poor. I asked for the wifi passport for 2 days! And they did not give it to me, I found it after a while and also y wasnt travel alone and they only give us one towel and when I asked for another I had no anwer. The room was on the grownd flor so it was really noisy

El cerrojo de la habitación no es el más seguro. En la habitación que me hospedé había muchas hormigas. En la noche hizo mucho frío y solo te dejan una cobija pequeña.

Mi experiencia en Singular Antara

El día de mi check in llegué 2hrs. antes de la reservación, en recepción me indicaron que podía resguardar mi equipaje a unas casas de ahí, así que pude hacerlo y esperar a que se llegara el tiempo para poder entrar, mientas tanto pude ir a conocer el museo Soumaya y los alrededores de la ciudad.

En la fecha que fuimos hacia frío, así que nos faltaron cobijas, solo había una por cama.

Perfecta ubicación para trámites en la embajada.

El lugar es perfecto solo para dormir. La habitación no tiene ni siquiera TV. El internet muy lento. Pero el lugar es muy limpio! Lo Mejor es la ubicación.

En general es bonito en relación precio calidad. Se lleva un 10 por ubicación, si vas a trámite consular o pasear a Polanco. Bonito, Limpio y seguro. La Sr Merced súper amable.

La única observación es que las cobijas que proporcionan son feas para el tipo de hotel. Deberían tener mejores considerando que la ciudad es fría. Igual no tuve problema porque yo llevaba mi propia cobija. Todo lo demás está perfecto.

Amplio, bonito y bien ubicado

Está muy bonito y muy limpio. Yo me quedé en la habitación que tiene baño privado y está muy amplia, parece un mini depa, me gustó bastante.

El colchón ya está viejito y no es cómodo, tiene huecos donde caes cuando das vuelta, ya va siendo tiempo de cambiarlo.

Buena ubicación y Atención del Personal, el lugar está regular.

La ubicación está excelente si necesitas ir al Centro Comercial Antara, al museo Jumex o el Sumaya. El lugar está muy básico, pero se entiende que se paga por la ubicación.

No estaba muy bien sacudada la habitación: La campana de la estufa tenía polvo, los vidrios de las ventanas estaban algo sucios, el sillón de la sala estaba algo sumido y no se veía muy limpio. El comedor contaba con sólo una silla, aunque se tenía una barra con 3 sillas periqueras. El baño no tenía espejo, tenía un cartón para tapar el espacio, y las toallas que nos dieron estaban algo viejas, pero estaban lavadas al menos.

La Sra que atiende, la Sra. Mercedes atiende hasta que se le da la gana. El baño sin jabon ni shampoo, lo tuvo que ir a llenar al dia siguiente de nuestra llegada cuando nos ibamos a bañar, mal olor en las habitaciones y el baño olia de forma muy desagradable a caño. Por si fuera poco y lo mas grave al destender la cama había pelos en ella y nos dormimos por encima y sinceramente con mucho asco. La habitacion muy sucia. No corresponden las fotografías con lo que en realidad se ofrece.

Agua fría tardaron en poner agua caliente

Me quedó muy bien de donde tuve mi evento

Una me ofrecieron un departamento con camas separadas por que llevaron dos amigos más por eso se pido 4 personas, no tenían agua caliente mi evento comenzaba a las dos de la tarde cero agua caliente, también si me ofrecieron un departamento me dieron otro diferente, nada que ver si me gustaría que me contactaran

La habitación es muy pequeña, hacia calor y no tenía ventilador, adicionalmente la entrega de la habitación es muy tarde 4 pm y no hubo opción de ingresar antes pagando algo adicional.
