Great location and value for money. Walkable distance to the Louvre, museums, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants with a lovely bakery opposite.

Very convenient in the 7th. Off the Main Street with 3 levels of security. Plenty of room. Quiet When we had a question about the washing machine Nazeem was there in a flash to help out.

The location is great.
We were not warned in advance of a planned, 3 day water cut between the hours of 9am to 4pm. The owner claimed it was an emergency cut but we tracked down a building notice that seemed to suggest it was known in advance. Also, there is construction during daytime hours and crews begin arriving in their trucks at 7am in the courtyard in front of the apartment. As such, it can be very loud during the day.
