    Brilliant location in the lively Montparnasse area, three supermarkets almost outside the door, steps to the Vaneau station. And a very well run and efficient hotel.

    I arrived pretty late and the staff was super friendly and nice. The location is quite central - you find convenience stores open late at night and a metro station right next to the hotel. Plus - you have Bon Marche (the oldest shopping mall) a 5 mins walk - while Musee D'orsay and Notre Dame are a 15 mins walk. Also what I loved was the windows in the room - You could open them - it had a real Parisian vibe to it

    Absolute Nightmare Management – Do Not Stay Here!** **Rating:** ⭐☆☆☆☆ I strongly advise against booking this hotel. The management here is completely incompetent and terrible to deal with. We booked and paid for a specific room type well in advance, but upon arrival, they completely disregarded our booking. Instead of giving us what we paid for, they offered us random rooms and even tried to separate our group across different floors. It is entirely unacceptable to pay full price only to be treated like an afterthought by a management team that clearly doesn't care about its guests. To make matters worse, the amenities are awful. The air conditioning barely works, leaving the room stuffy and incredibly uncomfortable. If you have luggage, be prepared for a struggle—the elevator is ridiculously tiny, barely fitting one person and a suitcase at the same time. Save your money and your sanity. I absolutely do not recommend this venue to anyone visiting Paris. There are far better options nearby with actual management.
