Nice home for a short stay

The location of this apartment is superb! It is right next to the metro and there are a lot of shops and restaurants. It is also a beautiful residential area and there are not all that many tourists around. The size of the apartment is ideal for a solo traveller. It is well equipped and has most of the essentials. The check-in was easy.

The biggest annoyance was the broken toilet seat. It’d really need to be fixed. The overall cleanliness of the apartment could be better (the bed linen and towels were clean). The bathroom sink didn’t drain well. The apartment was unbearably hot during this heat wave, but that was to be expected as I know most European homes do not have air conditioning. There was a fan that helped a little bit.

Great spot in Paris.

Sound proof,good security, great black out screens Walk out the door and straight into metro Liberte'. Supermarket across the road near the Novotel. Bus line past the door . Super easy for taxi. G7, and Uber. Comfortable bed and couch, plenty of room, good kitchen (only needs an egg flipper) good big fridge. Line 8 to Metro "Republique" for Canal St Martin and great Sunday Brocante market. Nestle pod machine ( standard size) washing machine. And a lift as well.

The top Shower head and toilet seat need repair ,but still usable with seperate hand held. Toilet seat is new but not attached properly yet.

Next to the subway exit, convenient transportation and quiet

We used this apartment for a stay of 6 days and 5 nights in May 2025.A small neat apartment literally just next to the Liberte metro exit. A bit outside Paris' main attractions but we didn't mind the daily metro rides. There is conveniently a mall just outside including a big supermarket, a quality bakery, a fresh fruit stand and a few shopping stores. Bed is comfortable and so is the living room sofa. A bit small shower but good water flow and stable hot/cold water. Neighbor insulation is so-so and there is a loud water pipe sound in the building but pretty silent after 11pm. Owner should consider using the empty walls for more clothes hooks/hangers/racks for guest convenience. There is no aircon which may be a problem in the summer months. Overall a pretty good 5 night stay for us.

Bright and spacious apartment in a good location

Clean and bright, spacious apartment. Excellent communication from the owner. Next to the Liberté metro stop and walking distance from numerous restaurants and supermarkets (Monoprix, Auchan). Well equipped kitchen and comfortable lounge with excellent TV and streaming services (use your own account for Amazon Prime for example). Highly recommended for comfort, and location!

A minor thing: The wood around the exterior of the shower needs attention as it is starting to deteriorate, but otherwise everything was in good condition.

Good but can be better

Although the apartment is a bit far from Paris's main touristic attractions, it is in a nice neighborhood and is well-connected (the metro station is within 2-3 minute walk; there are at least three decent supermarkets and a bakery nearby). The host and her sister are very helpful and responsive. I had an issue with the Wifi connection, which they fixed quickly (the day after). One of the best features of the apartment is the kitchen -- a bit small but well equipped, with all necessary appliances.

Overall, I had a very positive experience staying at the apartment. Some aspects can be improved to make the apartment even more competitive. A couple of lights can be added to the living room, which is a bit dark because the apartment is on the first floor (2nd floor in the US sense). The hygiene of the bed sheets is poor (I got bedbug bites on the last two days of my four-day stay). The washing machine was not very clean when I first used it.

Surrounding area:Not much choice of café and bakery nearby, and it's very noisy and have some vibrant from the cars and metro. Appartement :The towels are not clean with some dark spot on it, and we got some bites during the stay, hope is not bed bugs. They don't provide shower gel, shampoo, and little hand washing gel. The air is not good if you don't constantly open the windows. It's hard to cook without a cutting knife and wooden spatulas, they just have dinning knives, and plastic soup spoon or metal table fork.

Great location, clean and modern apartment

Location of the apartment was perfect, right beside the line 8 metro station. The apartment was very modern and clean. The hosts were extremely friendly and polite to deal with. The apartment location was very safe, with keys and fobs to gain access to the building. Unfortunately in Paris one of our bags containing the keys was stolen but the host was very helpful in getting a new set cut.

If you are using the sofa bed in the sitting room the blinds didn’t work at all, communication could be difficult if you have little to no French.

C'est propre, bien décoré et hôte attentif. Bien desservi par les transports en communs, et il y a de quoi bien manger ainsi que des commerces de proximité. Quartier au top.

Un soggiorno perfetto!

Ho trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso a Parigi grazie a questa fantastica ospite! L'appartamento è situato in una zona periferica, ma ben collegata alla città grazie alla metro, che rende gli spostamenti rapidi e comodi. Nei dintorni c'è anche un supermercato Auchan, che è molto utile per ogni necessità. La padrona di casa è stata incredibilmente disponibile e pronta a rispondere a tutte le mie domande, risolvendo ogni richiesta con molta cortesia e professionalità. Mi sono sentita davvero accolta e ben supportata durante tutta la permanenza. Consiglio vivamente questa sistemazione a chi cerca un posto tranquillo ma ben collegato per visitare Parigi. Tornerò sicuramente!

I cuscini un po ' troppo morbidi per i miei gusti e che non ci fossero comodini e prese di corrente accanto al letto.

C'était vraiment super, on s'est senti comme chez nous.

L'emplacement de l'appartement est idéal pour du tourisme car au pied du métro & sinon Uber max 25e pour aller à peu près n'importe où dans paris. Le quartier est le long de la foire du trône au bois de Vincennes, c'est très bien fréquenté et secure la nuit. Pour le quotidien il y a des commerces type épicerie et un Auchan, des boulangeries, des distributeurs d'argent et plein de bar et restaurant où on mange très bien. On peut se garer sur des stationnements payants libres de façon régulières. À l'intérieur l'appartement est clean. Belle deco. Bonne literie. Insonorisé. On peut tenir jusqu'à 4 et c'est parfait pour un couple. Smart TV avec free & du streaming. On a trouvé ce sejour vraiment agréable. Un vrai appart comme chez soi. On reviendra avec plaisir à l'automne. Merci Fanny et Guillaume. Ascenseur bien appréciable aussi.

Cabine de douche un peu petite. Manque un drap housse, drap plat, coussins supplementaires. Pas de produits de douche. Pas de rouleaux papier toilettes de recharge, sac poubelle et désodorisant pour wc. Surface de cuisine qui collaient un peu même si ça semblait propre. Pas de capsules café.

La posizione dell'appartamento e l'altro letteralmente attaccata sotto. Non troppo trafficata la strada di notte.

Non era ben pulito l'appartamento, sotto al lavandino in cucina c'erano barattoli sporchi di sapone e disordine. Ancora vecchi alimenti di ospiti passati prima. I copri cuscini erano sporchi di trucco vecchio.

Schöne große Wohnung in guter Lage zu vernünftigem Preis

Die Wohnung ist groß, hell und freundlich, liegt etwa 30 Metrominuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Es gibt Geschäfte, Biomarkt und Gastronomie in der Nähe, das Viertel ist lebendig, ein schöner Park ganz in der Nähe. Das Bett ist bequem, die Ausstattung ok. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Nützliche Infos: Die Wohnung liegt im 1.OG, Zimmer zur Strasse, tagsüber und abends laut. Die Fenster isolieren den Schall ganz gut, Lüften ist aber schwierig, bei Wärme kann das ein Problem sein, die Fenster gehen nach Süden. Keine Klimaanlage, nur Ventilator. Für Kaffee gibt es nur eine Kapselmaschine, auch keine Kanne, kein Filter oder so. Zu wenig Geschirr für sinnvolle Nutzung der Spülmaschine. Einige kleinere Defekte wie defekter Rolladen, spritzenden Duschkopf, verstopften Abfluss haben wir gemeldet, soll repariert werden.

Mooie locatie voor een, op onderdelen, teleurstellend appartement.

De uitstekende situering, de ruimte en het bed. Ook het contact met de beheerster is heel plezierig.

Het appartement is, op onderdelen, nogal schamel uitgerust. Zo waren er slechts twee glazen, 1 wijnglas en 1 champagneglas, geen water-, limonade of bierglazen. Er wordt blijkbaar niet verwacht dat je er iets anders doet dan slapen… Het wonderlijke is dat de keuken op zich redelijk geëquipeerd is. Verder was het appartement veel te warm en niet koel te krijgen, ondanks dat alle verwarmingen uitgedraaid waren.
