This is not the 1st time we have been to Riverglades 4 - I think we were there about 3 years ago and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We come from Umhlanga to "escape" the Diwali fireworks and its great to have a venue that we can bring our Jack Russell to and also an area where there are no fireworks - at all. The unit is so spacious and we enjoyed this last time as well. You don't feel as though you are on top of each other (especially since it rained the whole weekend).
We usually go to a house in Amanzimtoti, we've been going there for a few years but last year we decided to have a bit of a change and come back to Riverglades.
The unit has been decorated very nicely and there are a lot of lovely things to look at and debate (the painting in the main room - I thought it looked like the bottom of a whale filtering krill and my husband thought it was a shoreline - he's more than likely correct).
The unit has all you could wish for. I am, however, surprised that it doesn't have a tumble dryer - not that we needed one but for those coming on a longer stay than us, in the event it does rain and you need laundry done and dried.
The carpets could do with a bit of a clean.
The basin / pedestal in the 2nd bathroom upstairs has a leak - not a major one

An amazing, beautiful home.
An outside shower is much needed, to wash of the beach before entering the home.
Further on everything was perfectly done. More than we asked for. Beautiful large rooms and bathroom. Ample space

Quiet and peaceful. Our pet miniature dachshund had her own private space and loved it. Beds were comfy. Had good sleeps.
Should have spare bath mats. The other bath should have a shower curtain as the 1 mat was soaked up it did not dry up even tho we hung it up outside. Get carpets out and tile or laminate floors. Add a shower to the downstairs toilet as its huge. Fence off the front lawn as neighbours huge dogs were free to run all over and pooping in front of our lounge!! Also fix up the garage door. None of us ladies could open or close it.
