The location is perfect and safe too. It's close to amenities as well.
The tiles by the pool area, I'd suggest you change them because they're so slippery. Also consider having a heater it can be in the main lounger.

It was very clean and great for the kids! In fact quite pleasant for the whole family.

the house is very nice and clean well laid out too. cool and airy as well.
having to take a cold shower on Sunday morning because the hot water was off (think it's the timer on the geyser).
no housekeeping available is also a major inconvenience.
