Maria's panoramic seaview Villa

Wow, wow, wow! The most amazing villa, host and surroundings; no photos can do the place justice. The views of the sea and mountains are breathtaking, and there is no other property nearby making it the most peaceful place on earth. The villa is massive, superb use of the space, with numerous balcony viewing / dining / bathing areas. The villa is stocked with all the utensils and appliances that anyone could need, with 2 x kitchen areas and air-con throughout the property. The pool and hub tubs are perfect, with the poolside areas and gardens being great places to relax. Maria and her family are the best hosts we have ever met. So easy to communicate with, always available to deal with questions and offer guidance; and the food, drinks, snacks and beautiful home-cooked meals and goodies that we were provided with were above and beyond all our expectations!

Maria ist einfach die Beste und die Villa ist großartig. Wir wurden von ihr und ihrer Tochter herzlich in Empfang genommen. Sie haben uns die ganze Villa gezeigt und alles erklärt. Die Villa ist bis ins kleinste Detail durchgestylt, mit Herz und Liebe eingerichtet. Ist es tatsächlich außergewöhnlich, was Maria an Essen und Trinken zur Verfügung stellt. Milch, Fruchtsäfte, Süß Getränke Kaffee, Weiß-Wein, Rot-Wein, Bier, ein großer Pack Wasser, Eier, Wurst, Käse, Scheibenkäse, Butter, verschiedene Konfitüren, Honig, Brot, Toast-Brot, Chips, Snacks, Oliven, Gemüse, Obst und vieles mehr. Obendrein selbstgemachte Speisen, Moussaka, Fleischbällchen, Gemüse/Käse Teigtaschen, die kretische Spezialität Giouvetsi und Konfekt, alles superlecker. Raki, auf fast jedem Tisch ein Fläschchen, in allen Geschmacksvariationen. In beiden Küchen ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht, sowohl zum Kochen, inklusive Olivenöl, Essig, Salz, Pfeffer, verschiedene Gewürze und Kräuter aus dem eigenen Garten, als auch Geschirr und Gläser. In den Badezimmern sind Duschmittel, Shampoo, Badeseifen, Badesalze, After-Sun Lotion und und und. Die Villa perfekt konzipiert. Von der unteren Küche kommt man direkt zum überdachten Esstisch und direkt daneben der BBQ-Bereich, mit dem großen Grill, Spüle und Fläche zum Vorbereiten. Einfach perfekt … da lässt sich der Aperitif während dem Grillieren in der Abendsonne genießen. Von der oberen Küche kommt man direkt zum Esstisch auf der großen Terrasse, mit fantastischem Blick auf das Meer. Auf dem obersten Balkon hat man den komplett freien Ausblick auf das Meer. Spektakulär. Hier steht der zweite Jacuzzi … mit diesem Panorama, das ist schon ziemlich frech. Der Pool Bereich ist toll gestaltet, großzügig, gepflegt und sehr sauber. Und Maria ist per WhatsApp immer da. Fragen, Infos, Vorschläge, sie ist praktisch wie ein privater Guide. Sie macht das mit Herzblut und Leidenschaft. Wir waren und sind rundum begeistert. היינו בתחילת יוני בווילה של מריה , הווילה מאוד מרשימה , הריהוט המיוחד שיש , הרגיש לי בית של פעם , הכל מקורי ואסתטי , המבטח היה מאובזר יפה , מריה דאגה למלא את המקרר בשתי הקומות באוכל טוב כמו גבינות , ירקות ופירות וגם מים ושתיה מוגזת ויינות , הילדים שלי מאוד אהבו איל שמריה דאגה לדברים שהם אוהבים, שמיכות עם ציורים שילדים אוהבים , ציוד לשחייה בבריכה ועוד, לבקשתנו הבריכה חוממה והיה לנו מאוד נעים מאוד אהבנו את השקט והרוגע שיש , את מראה השקיעה והזריחה שיש , היו ימים של קסם , כל יום שמענו את הפעמונים של הכבשות בעיני זה היה מדהים

הווילה הייתה רחוקה יחסית במיוחד שנחתנו בהרקליון , אומנם נהנו מהכביש ומהנופים, פחות אהבתי שאין רשת על החלונות כך שכל מיני חרקים נכנסים לבית , הייתי ממליצה גם לשפר את איכות ה wifi במיוחד בקומה הראשונה

It's been an absolutely unforgettable stay! Maria and the team were the best hosts we ever met. Since the moment we asked for an early check-in till the moment we got home, they cared about every aspect. Great house, where we found everything we needed to stay comfortably and safely. Calm and peaceful location, on top of a hill with 270 degreee view of sea and mountains. Clean rooms, equipped kitchen, welcome snacks and drinks, especially very delicious homemade greek dishes, fruits and vegetables. All our doubts and queries were resolved almost immediately. Every family member enjoyed the place, the food, the hospitality. Soul and warmth is the motto of Maria's house!

Some bedrooms lack shelve spaces in wardrobe cabinets - the only improvement we could think about. Everything else was 10 out of 10
