The accommodation itself is a basic room, as shown in the pictures. Room is big enough for 4 to 5 adults. Room and attached bathroom was clean.
It is beach facing, though not much of beach is seen from inside the room, the beach was less than a minute of walking. With few beach side restaurants. Those preferring pure vegetarian food will need to travel about 4 kms which takes 15 mins, due to beach being outside the main city and roads are narrow and dark at night.
Staff came to clean the room during evening.
Nothing to write here. Everything was as I expected.

Best place for stay in gokarna. Friendly staffs and owner also. Neat and clean rooms facilities. Clean and safe beach . Literally property is on the beach. Best for family and friends and also groups.

Sea sand just out side the room, making room dirty when people entering into the room.

The only one thing I like is the room is located in a very good location and have good access to beach.
No Access for CAR. need to part on road
Not that much clean and spacious. if you dont have any other option, you can proceed with.
Staff is not friendly. they speak rash when you delay the checkout even by 15 minutes. hard check out at 10. I was delayed coming back from darshan with heavy traffic and the staff called continuously and spoke very rash.
I paid 3 times cost as this was on season.
